The purpose of this camp is to prepare players and teams for the Fall season (players outside of the club are welcome as well).
The focus will be fitness and individual ball skills.
We will do skills training from 5:30-7:00pm, take 30-minute break, and resume with fitness training from 7:30-8:30pm.
It is certain that players will leave this camp with better overall conditioning and a sharper touch on the ball.
